The services provided by the staffs are so good. Very welcoming from the day I checked in until the day I left. Room was good. I had complimentary access to the club lounge and the their staff Sakshi was truly amazing and their Chef Aditya prepared amazing breakfast served hot from the kitchen. I will be back with family!

Fantastic hotel in the BKC area, not so noisy and easy to get out of Mumbai to visit local suppliers. Great service from all staff, especially Sakshi, Pankaj and Rahul who took superb care of us in the lounge and were very attentive to all our needs with a nice welcome every morning and evening. Hotel is clean with nice restaurants and relaxed bar with Ash helping us with local drink and food selection with added banter in the evening. Ayushri in the main restaurant suggested places to visit on the weekend and got us setup. 5 stars all round - will be using as our company hotel for Mumbai area from now on

The Spa is amazing, each time I go the experience is so relaxing. Their therapists are attentive and the reception gives great guidance about the nature of therapies. Both are therapists Anjana and Jennifer were great, they needed no instructions they could easily identify the problem areas and were so gentle yet effective. Rohan also gave us great service

Club Millesime 14th floor and my home home from home, all thanks to the ever friendly, super efficient and very good staff 👍 😀 in the person of Sakshi, Mayor, Pankaj, Chef Adityei (of the perfect poached egg), and Rahul.
